We want you to enjoy and be happy with your order and we make every effort to ensure our products are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund or replacement on all goods returned within 14 days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. The condition of the goods being returned will be considered when making a refund.
SENDING A RETURN
Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, please notify me within 14 working days beginning on the day following the day of delivery to you.
Step 1: Please email email@example.com providing your Paypal Transaction ID, the goods which are being returned and the reasons why.
Step 2: We will respond and if your reasons for returning your order and the condition of the product meet our returns policy, we will send details of how and where to return your order.
Step 3: On receipt of the returned goods you will be refunded the amount paid for the goods if you have met the conditions of the returns policy. This could take up to 30 days, although it will be actioned immediately. The original delivery charge will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed only in case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
